Nieuwe Ipod constant problemen itunes

Hello,
I bought myself an iPod touch 32GB today and I only recieved problems so far.
I configured it and everything was fine. Then I connect to my PC and nothing happens, I try oppening iTunes but doesn't work so I uninstalled iTunes and all the apple software (quicktime,bonjour,...) AND also searched my PC for more apple software like extra maps of quicktime,..
I then reinstalled iTunes and it did open. I then plugged in my iPhone and got error that ■iTunes could not connect to this iPhone because an unknown error occurred (0xE800...
- I tried this: How to restart the Apple Mobile Device Service (AMDS) on Windows (with msconfig)
- uninstalling itunes and all apple stuff
- reconfiguring iPod touch with holding down the buttons etc.
- using services to stop and restart apple mobile device
Eventually iTunes popped up and I plugged in iPod and then it showed connecting to iTunes store, and then it all froze. I rebooted PC and now iTunes doesn't even open anymore but in processes it shows iTunes 32*exe, I tried to end proces but didn't work. Sometimes it does work and then I open iTunes but nothing happens.
I'm not using USB hub, so i plugg in directly
Please help me, I looked around internet but nothing is working..
