Hulp nodig bij downgraden van firmware 3.1.3 naar 3.1.2 - Verzameltopic
 

Ik was stom om telefoon aantesluiten aan computer met automatisch update nu wil ik graag terug keren naar 3.1.2 versie wie kan mij daar bij helepn en wat moet ik preccies doen want nu kan ik niets met mijn iphone hij is niet meer simlockvrij. Nu staat versie 3.1.3 ik kan hem niet meer jailbreken

Ik had het probleem ook, maar heb het gefixed, zorg dat je het volgende hebt en volg instructies op het forum:

iPhone1,1_3.1.2_7D11_Restore.ipsw (Google)
redsn0w-mac_0.9.4 (zie Frontpage iPhoneclub van 3 februari)
Bootloaders 3.9 en 4.6 (Google)

Ik heb nu een 2G met eerst 3.1.3 en hij is nu unlockt en jailbroken en heb Cydia. Onder Versie staat er 3.1.3 (7e18). Vanaf 3.0 stond er onder Usage dat je batterijpercentage kon aanzetten, maar dit vind ik nergens meer. Lijkt me toch sterk dat ze dit vroeger niet hadden, dan toevoegen, en nu weer weglaten... iemand tips?

En Ja, het kan ook via Cydia, maar ik bedoel even de original-way.

Topic starter heeft een 3GS en jij hebt een iPhone 1e generatie. Zeer groot verschil voor de 3.1.3 firmware (of als je terug gaat naar 3.1.2). Graag eerst even inlezen voordat je reageerd ;)

Ik heb gisteren een update gedaan naar 3.1.3 (op mijn PC) en kreeg een foutmelding.
Herstel lukt niet (onbekende fout 14).
Op de mac van mijn echtgenoot is mijn iPhone terug hersteld.
Als ik hem nu op mijn PC wil aansluiten krijg ik het volgende:
iTunes kan geen verbinding maken met deze iPhone, omdat er zich een onbekende fout heeft voorgedaan 0xE8000065
Wie kan me helpen ?

Oorzaak gevonden: nieuwe versie van iTunes was de oorzaak van alle problemen.
iTunes weggedaan en opnieuw geinstalleerd en alles werkt terug.

Je kan voorlopig niets doen om hem weer simlockvrij te maken. En dat had je ook makkelijk kunen vinden door even rond te neuzen op het forum en de nieuwsberichten te bekijken.
Je hebt voorlopig een dure iPod.

Is het dan wel mogelijk om terug te gaan naar 3.1.2? zonder te simlocken.
Ik heb namelijk een iphone abbo maar wil graag terug naar 3.1.2 ivbm jailbreaken, dat ik hem niet meer simlock krijg maakt mij niet zoveel uit.

(ik ben in bezit van een 3GS)

Dat is alleen mogelijk als je via cydia je bepaalde files hebt opgeslagen, want blijkbaar is Apple gestopt met het "signen" van firmware 3.1.2

Dankje wel voor het antwoord echter gaat dit niet de oplossing voor mij worden heb me iphone sinds gister dus had niet de mogelijkheid om cydia te installen.
Dit word denk ik wachten op een nieuwe jailbreak enig idee hoelang dat gemiddeld duurt?

Vraag me niet hoe, maar ik heb me 3.1.2 weer terug op me 3 GS uit week 38

:D

Dat zal dan nog net op tijd geweest zijn.

Wat heb je gedaan / geprobeerd? Ik krijg hem namelijk wel terug naar 3.1.2 met de stored Saurik-file, maar dan krijg ik geen GSM-netwerk (zit gewoon bij T-Mobile, dus unlock zou niet nodig moeten zijn).

Heb deze een maandje geleden Cydia er op gezet via BlackR1n

En heb zodanig vanalles zitten installeren wat wel cool is natuurlijk maar nu ik deze wou restoren vroeg Fûcking Apple weer dat ik een update wou doen .
Hoe kan ik nu mij iphone terug restoren zonder die nieuwe update . heb al geprobeerd via pwnagetool de nieuwe maar telkens als ik die wil restoren lukt het niet foutcode apple

ik zit nog op firmware 3.1.2 met cydia er nog op maar zou hem graag eens gewoon terug naar 0 willen zetten en dan terug cydia er op via blackrain maar als ik dat wil doen vraagt itunes om een update naar 3.1.3

Kan alleen wanneer je de SHSH files van de 3.0 firmware hebt opgeslagen toen je op die firmware zat. Heb je dat niet gedaan, en ook niet bij 3.1.2. dan kan je niet meer terug naar 3.0 of 3.1.2.

Zie dat je nu op 3.1.2. zit; mijn tip is nu dan ook sla dit nu meteen op, zodat je later altijd nog terug kunt naar 3.1.2. Handleiding vind je hier ;)

Inmiddels mijn probleem verholpen... Om hem uit DFU te halen had ik al blackra1n toegepast, voordat ik de telefoon geactiveerd had. Moest hem dus eerst activeren en daarna pas JB'en.

Hallo, ik heb ook een probleem met downgradne van 3.1.3 naar 3.1.2 met een iPhone 3GS.

Ik heb m'n SHSH op saurik's server geupload met cydia, een lange tijd geleden.
Ik heb dat stappen plan gebruikt van fear4me's link.

Maar ik krijg een fout: This device isn't eligible for the requested build (3194)


Iemand enig idee hoe ik kan downgraden? Want m'n SHSH staat on file, en ik heb m'n Hosts bestand aangepast, ik heb dit al geprobeert in XP en in OSX maar geen van beiden werken..

HOW TO: Downgrade iPhone 3Gs From Firmware 3.1.3 to 3.1.2

Apple and the iPhone evolved a lot in the past couple of years and they learned a couple of things when it comes to software protection against jailbreaking.
iPhone 3GS have to communicate with Apple’s servers before allowing the installation of any version of firmware (restore or update ) .With the release of Firmware 3.1.3, Apple’s server has stopped certifying all previous firmware and this makes it impossible to restore your device to a previous release. The certification is done through 3 files called IBSS, IBEC and ECID that, once signed, are a kind of “green light” to install the firmware through iTunes.
IBSS and IBEC files are generated during a firmware restore in iTunes and placed into a temporary folder on your computer. You will have no problem on retrieving this files, but the missing piece of this puzzle is the ECID file that Apple doesn’t allow you to retrieve.

NOTE: this tutorial is aimed ONLY to iPhone 3Gs users that have saved their ECID file through Cydia. If you are not sure about saving your ECID file throught Cydia, than load Cydia and on the homepage check if you see this message: This iPhone 3Gs has an ECID SHSH on file.
How To Downgrade iPhone 3Gs from Firmware 3.1.3 to 3.1.2

1. find a file called “hosts” that manages connections to the servers:

• Windows: go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and use a text editor to open the file “hosts”
• Mac: open a terminal an type sudo /Applications/TextEdit.app/Contents/MacOS/TextEdit /etc/hosts

2. At this point we connect the server address to the IP address that corresponds to Saurik’s server instead of Apple. This way we can trick iTunes anxious to check the firmware saved through Cydia. To do this just copy this string and add it to the end of the file “hosts” that we have just opened: 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com

2.3 In a new terminal window, paste in: sudo dscacheutil -flushcache .Hit return and type in your admin password.

3. Now you can step into the real downgrade process of your iPhone 3Gs, but it will not be as easy as the previous times. First of all you need to put the iPhone in DFU then: Plug it into your computer and simultaneously press the Home key and the Power button for 10 seconds exactly, after issuing only the power button and continue to click on Home until iTunes will not recognized a new device in recovery mode.

4. Your iPhone should have a full black screen and NOT the screen with iTunes icon and the cable. Many people confuse it with the DFU recovery mode but they are two very different processes, so before you continue, make sure you have the screen all black.

5. Now click on the ALT key (MAC) / SHIFT (Windows) of the keyboard and the button “Restore” in iTunes, select the firmware 3.1.2 and wait.
NOTE1: During recovery you may experience various errors.

NOTE2: If you get ” unknown error (3002) ” error, you ddidn’t save your ECID on Saurik’s server and pretty much the downgrade cant take place. Luckily it was found an exploit in iPhone FW 3.1 and with a little bit of patience you might be able to perform the jailbreak directly on iPhone Firmware 3.1

NOTE3: If you will get this error: ” The iPhone “iPhone” could not be restored. An unknown error occured (1015) ” , accept it, and re-do the entire process. ( put the iPhone into DFU mode, select iPhone FW 3.0 and wait ). The process will fail again and iTunes will return the same message as before “The iPhone” iPhone “could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1015).Do not panic because it’s completely normal.
To resolve this situation can proceed in two ways: The first relates to Mac users and is using iRecovery ( Mac and Windows ) to reboot the device, it will re-ignite in normal mode, the second title is “universal” because it works on both Windows and Mac and is ignoring the ‘error, continuing to work normally. Therefore, there can only start and run a regular Redsn0w Jailbreak Firmware 3.0
You’re done. Now you are back on iPhone OS 3.1.2 and can jailbreak your iPhone. Of course, those of you that depend on unlocking the iPhone, you are screwed anyway, because by updating to 3.1.3 in the first place, you updated your baseband.
