iPad 3G (USA) Moet die unlocked worden voor 3G in BEL/NL ?

Beste,

Ik zou graag mij een iPad aanschaffen. Maar ik kan deze goedkoper en sneller verkrijgen via Amerika. Moet deze dan unlocked worden of kan ik gewoon mijn micro sim daarin steken en beginnen surfen?
