Upgrade 3.1.3 -> 4.x + Unlock

Mensen, ik heb hier een 3GS met 3.1.3 liggen die niet goed functioneerd.
Ik wilde graag upgraden naar een 4.x maar een softwarematige Unlock + Jailbreak is een prio.

Wat kan ik het beste doen?
