Hey,
I'm from german and my father wants to bring me a Iphone 3Gs white 16GB from USA with Sim- & Netlock. I ask a mobileseller from netherlands, if I could unlock my Iphone legal in Netherland für ~60 EUR. Is this true?
Can I official unlock my Iphone 3Gs in a mobilestore in netherland?

This is not possible. US iPhone will never be officially unlocked. Here in the Netherlands it's possible to unlock for 120€. This is only applicable for TMobileNL locked iphones.

Your best option is to buy from belgium. 575€ for 16gb official no lock. Or use blacksnow....

OUh. So only original Netherlandphones with Netherlandlock can only unlocked in Netherland :D

You can jailbreak and unlock with blacksn0w, but it's tethered - meaning you'll have to use blacksn0w every time you reboot your iPhone.
