Iphone 4 Probleem

Hallo,

Ik moet mij iphone herstellen maar hij mag niet updaten naar de laatste update. Maar dat zal hij ook doen met itunes. Anders kan ik hem niet meer unlocken.

Wat moet ik nu doen ?
