Geplande Exchange synchronisatie

Weet er iemand of er een app / tweak is waarmee je de synchronisatie van je Exchange accounts kan plannen?

Mijn privé e-mail wil ik altijd ontvangen, maar zakelijke e-mail bijvoorbeeld alleen tussen 09:00 en 17:00 uur.
