Icoontjes toevoegen aan bestaand thema

Hey allemaal! Nu er al een mooi aantal thema's voor ios7 beschikbaar zijn, wil ik graag wat icoontjes aan een bestaand thema toevoegen. Want veel Nederlandse apps ontbreken. Hoe werkt dit? Thanks!
