Installeren Applicaties.

Hallo,zou iemand mij a.u.b. willen vertellen hoe ik applicaties die ik op mijn computer heb,kan installeren op mijn Iphone.
Deze heeft inmiddels Jailbreak,ik heb al gegoogled maar kom er niet achter.
Help ,wat te doen? Mercy.
