Cydia Repository maken

Hallo,
Ik probeer een Cydia Repository te maken maar ik begrijp iets niet.
Draait deze in een apache webserver? of is het een deamon welke draait.

Ik kan er nix over vinden

Deze manual heb ik gebruikt en alles werkt prima.. maaarrrrrr ik moet deze vanaf buiten benaderen.
