Install.app verdwenen van desktop(iphone).

Mijn installer.app is van me desktop verdwenen met de tool dropcopy kan ik hem nog wel vinden dus hij staat nog wel op me iphone, heeft iemand enig idee hoe je het icontje terug kan krijg zonder dat je daar een pc/mac voor nodig hebt?
