App voor het binnenhalen van e-mail

Beste Forum gebruikers,

Bestaat er momenteel een app waarbij je kan instellen dat bijv. e-mail worden opgehaald van 9:00 t/m 17:00 ik wacht jullie reactie af.
Mijn iPhone is gejailbreaked :) Dus een Cydia tweak of iets dergelijks komt goed uit.
