Inlog probleem iTunes shop

We kunnen ineens al een aantal dagen niet meer inloggen bij iTunes om apps te updaten of te downloaden. Gaat om 2 iphones, maar deze gebruiken zelfde apple-id. Hoe kunnen we dit herstellen?

Probeer je wachtwoord te veranderen via apple.com.
