Phone app geblokkeerd?

Mijn iphone 16gb 3.1.2 (7d11) kan zijn phone app niet meer gebruiken..
ik heb niets speciaal geinstalleerd, hij is wel gejailbroken (cydia) en unlocked.
Ik kan nu enkel nog bellen via mijn contacts te openen...
weet iemand raad?

- al een harde reset gedaan?
Dat is namelijk een oplossing voor veel problemen!
