Iphone 4s unlock T-Mobile UK

Hallo allemaal,
I live in the Netherlands but I don't speak Dutch. My problem is the following: I have a locked T-Mobile UK iPhone 4s (7.1.2). I need to use this phone with another carrier, will T-Mobile NL unlock this phone even if it belongs to T Mobile UK? (the previous owner got it until the expirement of his contract)

T-Mobile NL will not (and can't) unlock a SIM-locked T-Mobile UK iPhone.
