onstabiele ios 4.0.1

heb em hier wel in engels staan, ivm een post op ander forum.
(voor de mod, er staat wel een stukje over unlocken in, maar dat is niet het hoofdonderwerp)

yesterday i did a update to 4.0.1 and directly a JB and put a part my former apps in it.
then i did the ultrasn0w unlock, but after that i saw this on youtube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGNhp2G07z4
he's said: when having tmobile, kill all phone signals/3G. otherwise the phone can be damaged.
and yes i have tmobile.....

now was the ios unstable with the folders, while filling it some folders get stocked.
they wouldn't go open any more or only when i scrolled it to a other place an the screen (having smoothboard).
and sometimes the whole screen gets frozen, so i did both times a reboot.
but then there are no folders anymore and all apps back on screen.

so today i did the factory reset, everything was looking good (no JB). so first i was testing the folders, are good.
then was busy with deleting mails from mailbox, but spontainiously the mailbox was unstable and springs everytime after a few seconds back to homescreen.

would it be fixed (for good) after reinstall everything again or should the phone really being damaged trough the ultrasn0w unlock?
:(
still having garantee on my phone, so i can try to change it in the store....
