Hallo allemaal,

Ik heb vorige week een iphone besteld bij een amerikaan. Nu 10 dagen later blijktdat de verzendstatus nog altijd "Electronic shipping info received" zegt.. Ik heb andere kopers gecontacteerd, en die hadden dezelfde status..

Gisteren kregen we allen een email van de verkoper :

Dear Buyers,

Many of you have asked me about the status of your shipments over the last week. I've spoken with the San Ramon post office manager, and have discovered why there has been such a long hold-up @ the post office

I am currently under investigation by the customs department due to the declaration value of several of my shipments. Some of you have asked for lower posted values, such as $25, and my history of obliging such requests has now caused great potential legal harm. I am meeting with the investigation department later this week, in San Francisco.

I am told that this is not as severe as they made it initially sound to me, however, I do take this matter seriously. My number one priority is my personal freedom, but I do take the importance of quality customer service and support seriously as well. I will do everything in my power to recover the items as quickly as possible.
