Applicaties handmatig toevoegen

Heb de volgende vraag,

ik heb zelf wat apps gedownload en die zou ik er via WINSCP in willen zetten. Ik heb de map voor de applications gevonden maar Moet ik de zelf gedownloade apps in die map doen? ( /private/var/stash/Applications ) Werkt dit ook met spellen die ik handmatig toe wil voegen ?

Dit gaat over legale apps?;) We gaan elkaar hier namelijk niet helpen om illegale apps op de iPhone te zetten.
