Geen USB connectie
 

Gisteren heb ik geprobeerd mn iPhone te herstellen in iTunes (Windows) en kreeg vervolgens een unknown error 1602.

Na deze melding kan ik geen USB verbinding meer maken met het device. Ik hoor niet het gebruikelijke USB connectie geluidje en Windows geeft aan de er mogelijk een hardware probleem is met het USB device. iTunes vindt mn iPhone ook niet meer ($%@#%&*!!)

Iemand enig idee hoe ik dit probleem kan verhelpen??

Heb iTunes, Qtime, Apple Mobile Device, etc. al 3 keer opnieuw geinstalleerd. Geen succes helaas. Nog andere ideeën?

Heb je al geprobeerd te resetten?
Sleep en homeknop ingedrukt houden.

Yep! Dit werkt niet. Mn pc herkent de iPhone niet meer. Zie nu in Apparaatbeheer dat er een probleem is met het Apple iBoot USB apparaat. Deze kan niet opgestart worden zegt ie?!!

Zegt je dat iets??? Mij helaas niet zo veel...

Heeft iets met iTunes te maken dacht ik.
Ik probeer even rond te kijken voor een oplossing.

Misschien helpt dit (is wel voor een ipod, maar zou toch hetzelfde moeten zijn voor de iphone)

iPod touch requires two important pieces of software to operate properly on Windows. First, the driver must be installed; for iPod touch the driver is USBAAPL.SYS. Second, Apple Mobile Device Support must be installed as a Windows Service. If these are not installed, see the Reinstall iTunes section below.

Verify that the driver is installed by connecting iPod touch to the computer and following these steps:

1. On the Start menu, click Run.
2. In the Open field, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. A list of devices will be displayed.
3. Scroll down to Universal Serial Bus controllers and click the small plus sign to expand this group. iPod touch will be listed as either Apple iPod touch or Apple Mobile Device depending on the version of the driver installed.
4. Right-click Apple iPod touch (or Apple Mobile Device) and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.
5. When the Properties window opens, select the Driver tab.
6. Click Driver Details to view more information.

Verify that the Apple Mobile Device Service is installed and running using the Services MMC snap-in using these steps:

1. On the Start menu, click Run.
2. In the Open field, type services.msc and click OK. A list of devices will be displayed.
3. View the list In alphabetical order and verify that the "Apple Mobile Device Service" status is "Started."

4. If the status does not indicate the service is started, right-click Apple Mobile Device Service and choose Start from the shortcut menu.
5. If the service is installed and started, right-click the service and choose Restart from the shortcut menu.

If the driver is installed and the service is installed and started, check the Event Viewer for error messages.

1. On the Start menu, click Run.
2. In the Open field, type eventvwr.msc and click OK.


follow these steps and the driver should be at
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers

Heb het geprobeerd maar wederom geen succes!

In services zegt ie dat Apple Mobile Device support gestart is. In Apparaatbeheer staat bij de Apple iBoot Recovery Driver een geel driehoekje met uitroepteken. Als ik handmatig de juiste driver aanwijs, dan geeft ie aan dat de laatste versie van de driver is geinstalleerd.

De Apple Recovery Driver kan niet gestart worden zegt ie in Apparaatbeheer. Code 10 of zoiets...

Snap er echt geen bal van...heb je toevallig nog meer suggesties??

Zit op het werk nu dus kan het momenteel niet nakijken op mijn eigen pc.

Ok, in ieder geval top dat je me wilt helpen. Laat maar horen wat je kunt vinden zodra je meer tijd hebt...

Ga ik nog ff verder graven in Windooooss...misschien toch maar overstappen op Mac binnenkort :)

Ik moet toegeven dat ik meer Mac dan Vista gebruik de laatste tijd ...

Ik kijk of ik thuis nog wat tijd heb. Vertrek morgenvroeg voor 5 dagen naar Barcelona.

Heb het probleem weten te verhelpen! Bleek dat ik uiteindelijk toch niet de DFU modus had geactiveerd. Toen dat eenmaal gelukt was herkende me pc de Phone meteen weer. Daarnaast een kwestie van restoren en jailbreaken, etc. Je moet blijkbaar goed timen om de DFU modus daadwerkelijk te activeren :)
