Sharepod vind telefoon niet meer
 

Ik wil graag de gegevens van mijn telefoon overzetten op mijn computer.

Ik heb al verschillende programma's geprobeerd maar het lukt met geen 1. Bij Sharpod krijg ik onderstaande melding.

Kan iemand mij helpen?
