Itunes illustratie toevoegen staat er niet?

als ik een album probeer toe te voegen aan een album
(rechter muisknop op een bepaald lied>info tonen>illustratie)
staat soms het kopje illustratie er niet tussen? heeft iemand een idee hoe dit komt?
