Itunes synchroniseert niet

Ik heb in Itunes een gedownload muzieknummer staan en deze staat volgens Itunes ook op mijn Iphone 5. Maar als ik dit nummer wil afspelen op mijn Iphone staat er onder Muziek geen nummer.
Wie weet de oplossing?
