synchroniseren app met laptop

Wil vlc mediaplayer op ipad en 8.1-laptop synchroniseren.
Vlg vlc-help zou ik in verband daarmee in itunes (op laptop) in het bijgevoegde scherm (apps op ipad) het icoon van vlc moeten zien; dat ontbreekt echter.
Wat te doen??

Heb ik geïnstalleerd; zie ik dus op mijn ipad maar niet in het lijstje apps in itunes op mijn laptop??

Naar beneden scrollen tot bij de apps die iTunes file sharing ondersteunen.
