Ipad bevriest tijdens update procedure.

Concerning: Apple Ipad Mini update to iOS 9.0.1

I've followed the following procedure. General > Update iOS. After accepting the terms & conditions the download occured.

I don't remember exactly what happened during the download as I was doing other business as well at that moment. But I can tell clearly what's the situation now and what I did so far.

Power up Ipad > [white screen apple logo] >
[white screen] "slide to upgrade" >
slide, enter code >
[white screen apple logo with loading bar], this bar doesn't fully load, than the next screen occurs >
[white screen, multi language hello] "slide to upgrade" >
enter code again >
[white screen say update completed] "continue" (with pop-up "no sim card installed"). >
[choose Wi-Fi network] >
[white screen apple logo] >
[white screen] "slide to upgrade"

This last screen suddenly goes to full brightness and the "slide to upgrade" is frozen and doesn't respond to human contact. One can hibernate the screen with the hibernate button and get the frozen screen back with the home button.

Push the home and hibernate button simultaneously brings me back to the beginning of this endless loop.

Using Itunes, restore ipad by pushing home and hibernate simultaniously, wait for apple logo, release hibernate, get the restore button in itunes. It doesn't work. Pop-up says: "Unexpected error occurs. (-50)"

Anyone?
