Iphone 5s 4005 error hardware problemen?

De telefoon van mijn moeder heeft opeens te maken gekregen dat hij niet meer aan wou (iphone 5s). Vervolgens in DFU mode gezet en proberen te herstellen. Echter krijg ik steeds de melding 4005 error. Ik heb alle software matige oplossingen geprobeerd (kabels, computers, umbrella ect). Echter krijg ik meer de indruk dat het probleem wellicht intern zit.
Iemand enig idee wat meest waarschijnlijk is?
Online heb ik gevonden dat het wellicht de front facing camera or Proximity Senor kan zijn, de batterij of de IC chip. Of zijn er nog andere mogelijkheden?
