Here is good news for iPhone, iPod Touch & iPad users, The Spirit Userland jailbreak for iPhone 3.1.3 OS will be released on coming Friday i.e 30th April when iPad 3G will start shipping. It is important to note that Spirit jailbreak is untethered jailbreak capable of jailbreaking all iDevices running iPhone 3.1.3 & iPad 3.2.
The news comes from the Comex tweet creator of Spirit Jailbreak,

However Spirit jailbreak won’t work out of browser and can’t unlock iPhone for that you might need to wait for next iPhone release at WWDC 2010. Spirit Jailbreak can jailbreak almost all the iDevices – MC/non-MC, new bootrom/old bootrom on iPhone 2G/3G/3GS, iPod touch 1G/2G/3G and iPad/iPad 3G.
