Problemen met apple repair

Hi there folks,

It's about my ipod touch 2nd gen 16gb again.
The damn connector has been broken and i tried to repair it by putting the 'wires' back straight so i could use it but instead the 'wires' got all pushed back so my ipod doesn't charged anymore. After i called the first time and explainded what happend the man said to send it for repairment so i waited for the box and within a day i sended it to a repair centre. From there i got it back within 2-3 days unrepaired!!!! So i was so mad i called apple al kinda names . Then i sended to a repairshop in the hague where i got it back after they called me that they can fix it but it will cost me €198 including tax. And that for a device thats less then a year old. September 9 2009. I already sended a email to my laywer here in Rotterdam cause now i wanna prosecute them for not repairing my device.

Like i told apple by phone that i have cancel my order for my ipad. Because if apple is so gd ignorant about 'helping' customers out by doing nothing?

Thus sofar i'll will sell all my apple products if apple doesnt come with a solution for my problems. I still have a macbook pro, a iphone 3g, this broken ass ipod touch and a new iphone 4g in pre-order with cooperation from T-mobile for the coming launch in mid june. I really wanted the ipad but after strict regulations rule made by apple i'm going back to windows product unless apple does something about this.

They didn't even bother to offer a new one so for the moment i'm anti apple.

For apple, this email has also been published on my facebook, on the iphoneclub and some more forums like kassa, trosradar and consumentenbond.

I wrote this in english because you never know with apple who recieves it.

btw my serialnumber for my ipod is 9C92465C203.
